Hey pals!
I am sure you all must be having fun with your much loved TV show, Medium’s season 6. I too liked it a lot. I think that it has a lot much then the previous seasons of this show.
This season was kicked off on September 25th 2009 with the season opener entitled as “Déjà Vu All Over Again”. I must say it was an awesome episode. It had the complete recipe of an ideal season opener. In this episode, Allison was shown regaining his physical and psychic ability gradually. But unluckily she gets more puzzled than enlighten as her out of the queue talent resurfaces as a bizarre form of deja-vu, which delays her analysis of newscaster’s so-called stalker. I simply loved it and I guess all other fans also had the same view towards this. That is the reason why this episode got a heavy viewership of 8.80 million fans. Isn’t that outstanding?
Indeed it is and that is the reason this show is appreciated more than any other of the same theme. The subsequent episode was aired on October 2nd 2009. It was entitled as “Who’s That Girl”. This episode was also widely appreciated but got slightly little viewership than the season opener. It was watched by 7.72 viewers.

Hmmm…..
Even this is a big figure. Anyways, let’s see what happened in the episode. This time it was shown that Ariel starts showing strange behavior uncomforting Allison. With this Allison hypothesizes that a stripper seeking to settling of scores may be possessing Ariel.
Third episode of this season was entitled as “Pain Killer”. This episode was aired on October 9th 2009. In this episode, a cancer-stricken acquaintance of Allison departs her life all of a sudden, leading her to believe that the woman’s sickness didn’t took her life and that a hospital’s doctor is responsible for this. In another place, Joe takes prompts from a story Bridgette wrote when it dissonantly booms his most recent job interview.
Keep an eagle eye on this space on the internet to get updated further. But in the meantime, you can download Medium episode easily and safely from this website.

The news is finally out. Medium is going to be back for the sixth season, albeit not on NBC but CBS, the network which indirectly owns the show as well.
CBS is also adding four new shows in its bouquet this season, two of them being reality and two drama shows.
Rumors were abuzz that the show would finally end, with NBC not including it in its fall schedule for reasons that were said to be a steep rise in production costs.
Well, of course, for any show that gets up till five seasons, production does tend to get expensive with time. But the interesting thing to be seen will be as to how the network copes up with eighteen more shows that will returning on CBS this fall.

Swords of comparisons and competition are bound to be drawn out soon, I tell you.
Let’s just now hope that CBS is able to handle the rising costs for Medium and the show keeps running well, at least for the next few seasons.
But as usual, certain section of fans and followers has criticized the move, saying that the show should end up in its prime and the time is now. They may have a point here as five seasons of the show have done extremely well. The rankings have been high and popularity amazing. Also, this might also be the reason that NBC never wanted to continue it in its stable.
Some look at this as a smart move by the CBS. The company owns the show and they can easily manage it, the way they want to. Also in this era of cut throat competition and falling revenues, this strategy seems to be like that of a milking a fat old cow, instead of purchasing a new one. The show may have run on for a long time now, but it still guarantees solid viewer ship.
And for the most of the fans it is certainly good news. After all, the show must go on.
Do write in your views and comments.
